The latest poll from Public Policy Polling (PPP), released today, revealed that 47% of likely Colorado voters support Amendment 64, the Initiative to Regulate Marijuana like Alcohol. This marks a slight increase over PPP’s previous poll conducted in June, which showed only 46% approval.

As of this latest poll, 38% of likely Colorado voters disapprove of Amendment 64, which marks a four point decrease since PPP’s previous poll in June.

Amendment 64, if passed,

• Makes the personal use, possession, and limited home-growing of marijuana legal for adults 21 years of age and older;

• Establishes a system in which marijuana is regulated and taxed similarly to alcohol; and

• Allows for the cultivation, processing, and sale of industrial hemp.
